It worked great. Each game one parent would take a kid. It was a special day/night out alone with mom or dad. And the rules of healthy eating were thrown out the window for the event. Lemon Chills, big giant pretzels and cotton candy were consumed without parental restraints. Last night the Texas Rangers won their first World Series. I scrolled through my camera roll and sent each of the boys a handful of pictures from their ballpark adventures. It brought back so many memories because one of the best ways to spend an evening is at the ballpark with someone you love. OK, one more picture...I will tell the story behind this in the future, but this is from a special game where we got to go as a family and they were giving out snow monkeys at the ballpark...
