β‘οΈI was going to write about something else, but when I uploaded my chosen picture, this image from 2015 showed up instead. Since I am an "everything happens for a reason" kinda girl, I am assuming this is what I am supposed to chat about! This was a series of cartoons I had made for Kids Activities Blog...I don't even remember if we ever used them. This has inspired me to go find the rest of them! Back in 2015, I was just entering the teen years with my oldest. 8 years and 3 teen boys later, I see the wisdom! A mantra that I use daily with my kids (and my husband who is likely reading this...so I am giving away all the secrets) is "Do I want to die on this hill?" Picking only the battles you are willing to die on the hill for can keep smaller stuff from taking over your life. I definitely don't have all the answers! But that has helped me a lot of days... You Will Love TheseSo, the picture I was looking for was a screenshot of my iphone. I find that several times a week I inadvertently capture my screensaver. And chatting with another mom the other night made me realize I am NOT the only one! hahaha β P.S.
