We live in Texas and July can be a little toasty.

When my boys were little, we would head for a local park for a picnic.

Not at noon.

But for breakfast. It would get us outdoors early before the heat, wear out little legs and give me a few minutes to sit on a bench and take deep breaths of fresh air!
